今早，要提領小孩的月費(加才藝)，大約15000左右。
想說HSBC還有點錢，就拿很舊的卡去用。
輸入密碼和金額後，沒有點鈔的聲音。
螢幕出現錯誤的訊息。
當時真糗，後來，Google一下，才發現，原來是提款卡有過期的現象。
詢問客服，他們答應寄一張新的過來。只是我比較好奇的是，為何不主動在過期之前，先寄一張新的。
而是等到客戶反應，才做這樣的動作。

They'll usually automatically send you a new one around a month before expiration. If you're a couple weeks away from expiration and haven't received a new one, you should contact them.
Once you activate the new one, you can begin using it instead, and can chop up the old in into tiny little pieces and dispose of it across multiple trash cans. :)
